Hypnotherapy is a gentle way to calm the mind and create positive change by working with the subconscious mind. Through deep relaxation and focused attention, it helps release unhelpful thoughts, habits, and emotions- supporting wellbeing, confidence and personal growth.
At the Calm Mind Practice hypnotherapy uses relaxation and focused awareness to work with the subconscious mind, helping you reduce stress, overcome unwanted habits and support lasting wellbeing.
Each hypnotherapy session at the Calm Mind practice lasts around 50 to 60 minutes, giving you time to relax, talk through your goals, and experience gentle hypnosis a calm and supportive space.
Your first session may be a little longer, as we take time to understand what you'd like to work on and create a plan that feels right for you. Follow up sessions are usually about an hour and focus on deepening your progress and building lasting change.
The number of sessions varies for each person, depending on their goals and the issue being addressed. Some clients notice positive changes after just one or two sessions, while others benefit from a short series to support deeper or longer-term change. Together, we'll find a pace that feels comfortable and effective for you.



This includes client pre talk where we will discuss what you wish to achieve from our session (usually between 1-4 sessions recommended)
This is a Bundle of 4 Hypnotherapy Sessions including client pre talk
These are not transferable. Appointments should be spaced at least 10 days apart.
This includes one full 60 Hypnotherapy session and one full 60 minute Mindfulness session.
